Civitavecchia – ASL RM F, new specialist outpatient clinic inaugurated at San Paolo
The president of the Lazio region, Nicola Zingaretti And the general director of the Asl Roma F, Joseph Quintavalle have inaugurated this morning the new specialist outpatient clinic at the San Paolo Hospital in Civitavecchia.
The’work is part of the overall project to renovate and expand the San Paolo Hospital in Civitavecchia funded by the Lazio Region with a total amount of 8 million 300 thousand with which the central electrical distribution systems, water and sewage systems, heating and air conditioning systems, the completion of the internal road system, and the complete construction of the new Immuno Transfusion Service in the’former Intensive Care Unit area have been upgraded and adapted.
In particular, today the Specialist outpatient clinic located on the premises of the former emergency room.
Inside the new Outpatient Clinic, the following specialized activities will be provided:
- gynecology,
- pulmonology;
- rheumatology;
- allergy;
- senology;
- issues related to obesity’obesity;
- electroencephalography;
- neurology;
- anesthesia;
- hepatology;
- dermatology;
- endocrinology;
- neurosurgery;
- outpatient surgery.
As with the recent construction of the first Health House in Ladispoli/Cerveteri, given the high density of immigrants in the area, English wording was chosen for the signage, the furniture was donated by the Cariciv Foundation, the monitor in the waiting room by the Lions Club of Civitavecchia/Santa Marinella.
The activities of the new Specialty Outpatient Clinic will largely start as early as tomorrow (Oct. 27) and will gradually be implemented until the whole.
Work has also already begun on a new CUP, adapted to the new needs of St. Paul’s, adjacent to the new Specialty Outpatient Clinic that will be located in the old Hot Room of the’former P. Relief.
